It is located about 1 mile (as the crow flies) upstream from the village of Burrell Boom in the Belize District. When you’re traveling along the river, it’s about 1.8 miles from the village.
The total area of the property is 20.10 acres. There are no roads, only game trails and jungle… lots of jungle. It is good, high land, no swampy areas here. Other areas along the river are used for banana plantations. There are lots of Howler Monkeys and birds on the property so it is a bird watchers paradise.
