These beams and the floor were uni-poured, creating a super-strong structure. Moving further up, four columns support the bedroom level floor, walls and roof. The walls of the main level are of wood frame construction, angled outwards with PlyCem cement board on the exterior. The roof is framed with wood with storm ties to the walls. The enameled steel roof tops it all off…
