The massive foundation and 7000 gallon water storage tank at the base of the building is all reinforced concrete with the generous use of rebar, all of it coated to eliminate corrosion.  Above this, the radiating beams cantilever over the supporting perimeter walls and are tied to the massive, central column.  These beams and the floor were uni-poured, creating a super-strong structure.  Moving further up, four columns support the bedroom level floor, walls and roof.  The walls of the main level are of wood frame construction, angled outwards with PlyCem cement board on the exterior.  The roof is framed with wood with storm ties to the walls. The enameled steel roof tops it all off…

This waterfront property is also amazing.
