As you may know, we have listed our Real Estate Business For Sale. And, we’re sure that most of you already know that Cindy & I really DO have your best interests at heart… 
We feel it is important to let you know that here at CCPFS, it is ‘business as usual’… Cindy and I have poured our hearts and souls into building this business into what it is today. We have worked very hard to serve our clients above and beyond what any Agent is ‘required’ to do. We have worked hard to earn your trust, loyalty and respect and we do not take that lightly. You must know that we are not going to just ‘up and leave’… As you see, we continue to post new listings and send out notifications for New Listings and Price Reductions…
When we find the New Owner for CCPFS, we want you to know we will be providing them with extensive training. We will ensure they are ready to take things over before we leave. They will be friendly, professional, experienced people, just like us. You will be in good hands! They will continue to market properties as we do, respond to inquiries as we do, and service your needs as we do. AND, even though we will be going traveling, we will still be accessible to both the New Owners and our Existing Clients, we will be just an email or phone call away.
As a CCPFS Buyer, you can be assured that our Listings with photos and write-ups will continue to be presented in a clear and concise manner and that our websites are easy to navigate. All of your questions will be answered promptly and with courtesy. When you proceed with an offer on a property, the real estate transaction will be conducted in a professional manner, with your funds held safely in the RE/MAX Escrow Account right up to the point when the transfer documents are registered with Lands Department.
As a CCPFS Seller, you can be absolutely assured that your Exclusive Listing with CCPFS will continue to receive MORE exposure than ANY other competing Agent will EVER offer. Your Property Listing will be posted on more websites, it will be repeatedly marketed as a Featured Listing through our Email Marketing Program and in many, many more ways.
