The units are managed by a local company as well as booked by the current Owners. You could choose to do the same… Or, you could live in one unit and rent out the other. Nightly rentals are US$50 – US$70 and a long term rental might be in the US$500 per month range.
The foundation is solid with concrete pad and columns. Above that, the house is wood construction and an enameled steel roof. In the spring of 2011, many upgrades were completed including a new roof on the building and new bathrooms (with tile and glass blocks, nice!) in both units. Recently, a new fridge was purchased and installed in one of the units. The area under the house is a great place to hang-out in a hammock or you could close-in this space and have two more rental accommodations.
This is a really nice investment property with great cash flow potential. No financials are available but if you are familiar with rentals on Caye Caulker, you can well imagine the potential of this property.
